States with Highest Hiv rates in nigeria as seen from recent data of National Agency for the control of Aids ( NACA) shows Rivers state as the highest HIV/AIDS prevalence state in Nigeria with 15.5 per cent, and  Ekiti state having the lowest HIV prevalence rate in Nigeria.
