Healthmote Remote Pulse Oximeter integrates with a state of the art Oximeter which providers an accurate measure of blood oxygen level, pulse rate, and perfusion index. For patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and many other pulmonary issues, monitoring of blood oxygen levels is of vital importance.

Providers need to be alerted of any changes in their blood oxygen levels as soon as possible so that they can take immediate action to prevent lasting damage to pulmonary functions.

Healthmote Health Coaches can monitor the activity for each patient taking a reading from Healthmote RPM Pulse Oximeter and actively reach out to them so they are always on top of taking measurements.

Traditionally patients would use a stand-alone pulse oximeter and note down the measurements in a book which they take to their provider during an office visit. Sometimes the lag between the time they take the reading and have a face-to-face visit with their providers is quite long and their health might deteriorate during that period.

Also, there is no way for providers to know that patients are compliant with taking measurements so they cannot send out reminders when patients miss taking them.

by your healthcare provider or health plan. It allows sharing your health
information with your healthcare provider. The application currently supports
Wellue / Viatom Pulse Oximeter device. This application is not for emergency use.
